Series D investment round Effect Photonics

Halsten M&A assisted EFFECT Photonics in a series D investment round in which EFFECT Photonics raised EUR 35 million in capital from various investors, of which EUR 20 million is invested by Innovation Industries Strategic Partners Fund, supported by Dutch pension funds PMT and PME.
