Contract analytics with deployment of AI for Vebego International

“We conducted a number of comprehensive contract analyses for Vebego. The company is seeking substantial growth to have a greater social impact. As a result, Vebego’s organisational model is being converted to a number of large companies. We have since carried out several contract analyses at a number of companies and business units. We do such a contract analysis using artificial intelligence software Luminance. Together with Vebego’s lawyers, we determine the precise insertion and scope of each analysis and fill the data room. Our team inserts the documents into Luminance’s software, which then does the initial analysis. The team then checks the outcome and does additional risk analysis. The result is incorporated into a report generated by Luminence and set up by us to Vebego’s requirements.
