However, if necessary I like to litigate and go to great lengths to promote the interests of clients, clients get my full attention and I look beyond the legal issue.
After twelve years of working in the legal profession, I deliberately made the switch to Halsten in the role of legal counsel. It is an added value that as legal counsel you are involved in cases at an earlier stage, so you can think along with clients at a strategic level and be a good sparring partner. The retail practice fascinates me enormously. This branch is constantly changing and many collective labor agreements and industry pension funds apply, which gives my work an extra challenge.
