As a legal counsel Laura specialises in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, joint ventures and corporate governance matters. She advises clients on strategic acquisitions, growth financing and structuring partnerships.
In recent years, Laura has also developed expertise in the renewable energy sector. A sector that is constantly evolving and where legal advice requires creativity and commercial insight. This combination appeals to her and makes her curious.
