Starting out with an internship, Robbin has since grown to support the team full-time as Legal Operations assistant. On the one hand his focus lies on IT, on the other hand he expands his knowledge in the world of Legal Operations together with colleague Roel. This knowledge and curiosity about how things work keeps Robbin busy not only in his role in the workplace. For example, in his spare time he explores technology by taking apart old electronic devices.
“The many legal documents that pass by require a clear overview. With great patience, I am available to guide my colleagues through an accessible IT landscape, or to solve all kinds of IT problems. Although my patience runs out a little faster when it comes to non-working printers. My position has actually grown with me within Halsten. The opportunity I like to take as a Legal Operations assistant is to make IT-related matters smarter and smarter. Therefore, it is nice that I have the freedom to gain territory in this, for example in the area of automation functions.
Furthermore, the extra dimension of diving into the rapidly innovating Legal Operations world is right up my alley. The challenge lies in finding simple solutions to difficult tasks.”
