Transaction AnQore

For years to come AnQore and other Chemelot site users will be able to use these facilities as a service.

For AnQore as producer of Econitrile-MB© – the world’s first sustainable acrylonitrile made from bio- and circular sources – this transaction marks a milestone in its sustainability ambitions. As Anqore’s trusted legal advisor we were able to contribute to this deal to be proud of.

The facilities, realized by AnQore and its partners, will be used for the unloading of propylene and bio-propylene barges. Propylene is the raw material required for AnQore’s production of acrylonitrile. In turn, acrylonitrile is an essential building block used by AnQore’s customers in the production of solutions for clean water, clean energy and lightweight transportation, and health & personal care.
